How it works

A thoughtful start to genuine companionship

We take time to understand the person, agree clear expectations and build a companionship arrangement that feels right.

Your journey with us

Seven simple steps

From the first enquiry onwards, we keep the process warm, clear and centred around the client.

01

Make an enquiry

Contact us for yourself, a family member or another adult. Tell us briefly what kind of companionship may help and the best way to reach you.

There is no pressure to book.
02

Free introductory call

We arrange a free 15 to 20-minute telephone conversation to answer questions, understand the situation and check whether our service may be suitable.

A friendly first conversation.
03

Get to Know You Meeting

We meet for up to 45 minutes at no cost. We learn about the client’s interests, routines, communication preferences, desired outcomes and any important risks.

No obligation to continue.
04

Agree the companionship plan

Together, we agree the type of service, preferred days and times, visit length, boundaries, emergency contacts and any family updates requested by the client.

Clear and person-centred.
05

Receive your invoice

Once the service and price are agreed, we send a clear invoice by email through FreeAgent. It includes the service details, amount due, payment date and our business bank details.

Payment is made securely by bank transfer.
06

Thoughtful matching

We identify a suitable companion based on personality, interests, availability and the support requested. Consistency is prioritised wherever possible.

The right connection matters.
07

Companionship begins

Visits or telephone calls begin as agreed. We check how things are going and review the arrangement so it continues to feel safe, helpful and enjoyable.

Regular review and communication.

Before services begin

Clear information. Shared expectations.

We will provide the relevant service information and agreements before companionship starts, giving everyone time to ask questions.

Always your choice

No obligation after the first conversation

Asking questions does not commit you to the service. We want every client and family to feel informed, comfortable and confident before deciding.
